We offer multiple enrollment tools to meet the needs of each group. Some employers may need a paper-based process with help from our onsite enrollers. Others may have the capability to manage enrollment through our AccessAble online platform with partial or complete online employee self-service. Either way, we have the know-how to support any size or type of enrollment, from traditional to web-based.

Simplified administration

At USAble Life, managing benefits is easy and doesn’t require cumbersome steps and complicated processes. Our AccessAble online platform puts everything at your fingertips, including online billing, real-time payroll reporting, and optional employee self-service features.

Easy data exchange

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is the most common way to exchange data with groups during enrollment. We now accept EDI feeds from more than 30 software vendors, and the list is growing!

Our implementation managers ensure quality and easy set-up, making sure new groups experience a full welcome to USAble Life.

Fast, accurate claims service

Customers can rely on us to deliver on our claims promise. Over 95% of complete claims are processed within five days and with 97% accuracy.

Responsive customer care

We respond quickly to member phone calls and emails in the continental U.S., Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. In Hawaii, our hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. HST. Most calls are answered in less than 30 seconds, and customer issues are resolved on the first contact 90% of the time.
