When discussing USAble Life’s supplemental products with your clients, it’s important for them to understand the benefits, service, and capabilities. Beginning in early fall, consumers with USAble Life Supplemental policies will have the option to pay their Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity monthly premiums online through USAble Life’s new member portal. To educate yourself, below is an overview and an introduction video of the new member portal.


Overview of member portal and online credit card payments

The new member portal, MYUSAbleLIFE, is an online platform where members can conveniently manage their payments and view their payment history. Payments can be made via debit or credit card, and members can elect to make a one-time payment or set up recurring autopay utilizing their American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card.

How will members sign up? There will be a new capability flyer available to new members and USAble members will receive a bill stuffer with a QR code and a URL directing them to the new portal. Members, new to MYUSAbleLIFE will have the option to create a new account; account login will be available 48 hours after the initial sale.
