Providing a Voice for our Company and Our Customers

“When email goes down, people tend to cope with the situation calmly, but the second phones go down and customers can’t call you, that’s when it becomes an emergency,” says Dana Carek. For 15 years, Dana has been committed to ensuring that USAble’s customers can always reach a friendly and helpful associate when they call.

As senior voice communications analyst, Dana has been a key member of the team that oversees the implementation and maintenance of USAble’s call center solutions and all company telecommunications systems. She’s had a hand in evaluating new solutions, configuration design, testing, and troubleshooting these critical systems.

“I’ve always felt that voice systems are the most important aspect of customer interaction,” says Dana. “I believe it’s the most personal way we can communicate, and it helps us build strong and lasting relationships with our customers.
