Sara Pollock, director, service project & process, participated in the 2023 Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy, which was completed on April 28. She said, “The Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy is a great opportunity to meet and collaborate with local leaders on how to leverage strengths and lead with purpose.”
Arkansas Business Publishing Group sponsors this program, which focuses on strengthening leadership and enhancing management abilities for emerging Arkansas leaders in corporate, nonprofit, and government entities. Sara joins previous leaders from USAble Life who participated in the program, including Ashely Chism, product director, who was in the class of 2022.
Sara added, “The program explored how we, as leaders, drive performance and prepare our teams to navigate change by grounding in purpose, aligning values and actions, and communicating the shared vision, purpose, and plan for achieving goals. I’m thankful for the opportunity to participate in the program, the insights gained, and the relationships formed.”
