Arkansas Money & Politics recently recognized USAble Life for embracing diversity and moving the needle forward to create a more inclusive workplace culture. It’s a recognition of which we are deeply proud.
We believe in making a meaningful difference in the lives of others and know that we are only as strong as our diverse and dedicated teammates. We celebrate that diversity and recognize the value they bring to USAble Life. We want all our employees to have a seat at the table. This enables us to create a safe and inclusive workplace for all.
We have made extensive strides in our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through our Inclusion Council — co-chaired by Jim Casey, president and chief executive officer. The council is cross-functional, cross locations, cross-generational, and multicultural.
We are driving efforts to improve talent development and increase diversity in leadership around a safe and inclusive culture by thorough training, hosting diversity and inclusion literacy events, launching Employee Resource Groups, and celebrating diversity and awareness months and days. We also proudly support diverse organizations through donations. So far this year, we have supported the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, The Trevor Project, and Stop AAPI Hate.
Through diversity and inclusion learning opportunities, recognizing and celebrating differences, and supporting diversity and inclusion efforts in other organizations, we’re making a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers, employees, and community.
